Just bought it on an iPhone 5 running 6.1.4. No volume at all. Ripped off again! How do I get a refund???

Great clock radio, but no "help" page. Im trying to find out if I can stream Sirius through the url box. Also there needs to be a station search feature. Many, many, many stations. Fairly easy to use once you get used to the layout.

Only six station options. Why wouldnt they let you choose your own station ? Waste of time.

Been running the new iOS for over a week. Ive noticed that my live radio stream keeps cutting out at random. I have to turn the radio off and back on to get it running again.

This is my 8th clock radio and it is head and shoulders above the rest! Reliable as set, even when the app is not on. Youd think that would be true of any alarm clock, but no. Very easy to use and set. Dim and volume control are easy sliders right on the clock display, visible with a tap. And BEAUTIFUL! This alarm clock makes me happy.

But please add more photo sets.

Not sure what happened. Had this app for quite some time and it updated itself one day and now the music doesnt continue to play until you shut it off like it used to. I used this to help wake and kept it on when my alarm goes off but now it doesnt resume.

With only 6 radio stations to choose from, and half of those non-English speaking, I was terribly disappointed with this app.

I have use this program for so long and it is wonderful. The radio stations, the music the ease ability the fact that theyve change the fonts,added new backgrounds, little things like that but its the actual program the way it works that makes it so incredible and such a awesome app to have in your devices. I will rewrite this a five as I have rated it before a five when the volume issue is addressed - now when the alarm goes off it raises the volume to maximum and you cannot bring it back down without shutting the app completely down. You cant run it in the background after the alarm has sounded, your volume will always be maxed out. Needs to be addressed and fixed, but I love your app please do that. Please

I bought this yesterday. I set an alarm to wake me up this morning and a second alarm to play a radio station at 12:05pm. The morning alarm (set to a Playlist on my iTunes) worked fine, but as 12:05 and then 12:06 pm rolled around the radio never came on. I had the app running minimized both times. Also a lot of radio stations dont work, especially in the World category. Thats not a huge deal though because they say you can put your own URL in there (havent tried that yet). Overall I really like this app though - hopefully they will make it work perfectly soon.

I have tried every radio alarm clock app in the iTunes store. Some of them dont work, some of them work sporadically, and all of them dont have the functionality that Im looking for. Then, I found this app. Its easy to use, works every time, great to look at and works in my sound dock. They offer great customer service too, since I contacted them about a picture and got a reply right away. You can stop looking for the best radio alarm clock app now- this is it!

Excellent radio has all the stations I am looking for.

1. Just purchased this Ap and my volume control box is frozen in the middle of the screen after setting alarm. Typing this eview is a heck of challenge! (See eview) 2. In the hope that your team is diligently working to fix this ASAP, I am also hoping that you will enable the alarm music to send audio through the line-in or Bluetooth connection. I honestly think I would rate all stars for that! It currently only plays thru the small factory speakers in the phone; thatll never wake me up. 3. Consequently and sadly, the whole purpose of the RadioClock! is then defeated and I would seek reimbursement. 4. This ap is a gem if you resolve 1 - 3 in a expeditious fashion. (1/23/14)

App is only good for sounds....no stations play....would prefer a refund!

This is an amazing app. BUT the crashes are horrible! I love the design and interface and photo sets and everything about it. But about once a month it crashes. When I open the app, the opening screen will flash on for a split second and then the whole thing crashes. Ive tried deleting and downloading again (dozens of times) and updating and restarting the iPad. It is extremely frustrating to have something I know I really enjoy and not be able to use it. I really didnt want to write this in a review, but -and please excuse my ignorance-I can find no other way to contact support. Please fix this.

This app hijacks your phones volume control, creating huge problems when you want to use other apps. As long as it is on the phone, you cannot adjust volume on anything else, and at intervals the volume screen will pop up, obscuring other apps and forcing you to close them and open this one so it will go away. If you want your phone to be a tiny, expensive alarm clock then thats one thing. Otherwise steer clear of this nightmare app.

I looked at a few and this is the best clock radio that I could find. It is easy to use and it has all of my favorite stations. You can choose from a beautiful selection of background images that change with the time of day and the weather. Very classy. The developer has also been very supportive to my questions. Highly recommended!!
